  1. Acceptance of Terms

        By downloading, accessing, or using the Zapurse B2C App (“App”), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions            (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

  1. Eligibility
  • The user must be 18 years or older and capable of entering into a legal contract.
  • Users must provide accurate and valid information during registration.
  1. Services

       Zapurse provides the following services (subject to availability):

  • Mobile Prepaid
  • DTH Recharge

        Zapurse reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

  1. User Account & Security
  • The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Any transaction carried out through the registered account will be deemed authorized by the user.
  • Zapurse will not be responsible for unauthorized access if login credentials are shared with any third party.
  1. Payments & Refunds
  • Payments made through the App are processed via secure payment gateways.
  • In case of recharge/bill payment failure, refunds (if applicable) will be credited back to the user wallet/bank account within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds are subject to confirmation from the service provider.
  • Zapurse is not liable for delays caused by banks, UPI, or third-party networks.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Zapurse Fintech Private Limited (“Zapurse”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”) B2B platform, including web portal, mobile application, and all services offered to Retailers, Distributors, and MDUs (“User”, “You”).

By registering or using any service provided by Zapurse, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Eligibility

1.1 The User must be:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • A verified Retailer/Distributor/MDU with valid KYC
  • Operating a legitimate business location

1.2 Zapurse reserves the right to approve or reject any onboarding request.

  1. KYC & Verification

2.1 The User must submit accurate KYC documents including Aadhaar, PAN, mobile number, photograph, and shop details.
2.2 Any mismatch or fraudulent information may lead to account suspension.
2.3 Zapurse may request re-verification at any time.

  1. Services Offered

Zapurse provides B2B fintech services including:

  • AEPS
  • Micro ATM (mATM)
  • Mobile & DTH Recharge
  • Balance Enquiry & Mini Statement

Zapurse may add, remove, or modify services at its discretion.

  1. User Responsibilities

4.1 The User must maintain the confidentiality of their Login ID, Password, and OTP.
4.2 The User is responsible for all transactions conducted from their account.
4.3 Retailers must ensure that customer biometrics and financial data are handled securely.
4.4 The User must not misuse the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.
4.5 The User must follow NPCI, RBI, UIDAI, and other compliance guidelines.

  1. Wallet & Payments

5.1 Users must maintain sufficient wallet balance to perform transactions.
5.2 Wallet top-ups are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in special cases approved by management.
5.3 Zapurse is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.

  1. Commissions & Charges

6.1 Retailers and Distributors earn commission as per the plan assigned to them.
6.2 Commission structures may change without prior notice, depending on provider rules and market conditions.
6.3 Any service activation (AEPS, mATM, etc.) may have one-time or recurring fees.

  1. Transactions & Settlements

7.1 AEPS and mATM settlements are generally instant; however, delays may occur due to banking network issues.
7.2 DMT settlements follow the beneficiary bank’s processing timelines.
7.3 In case of failed transactions, refunds are processed automatically as per NPCI/bank guidelines.
7.4 Zapurse is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party systems.

  1. Device & Hardware Usage

8.1 Devices used for biometric authentication or mATM must be original and compliant with specifications.
8.2 Any malfunction in the User’s device is not Zapurse’s responsibility.
8.3 Refunds for device purchases are subject to vendor policies.

  1. Data Privacy & Security

9.1 Zapurse ensures secure handling of User and customer data.
9.2 The User must not store any Aadhaar numbers, fingerprints, or sensitive financial information.
9.3 The User agrees to comply with UIDAI and data protection laws.

  1. Prohibited Activities

The User must not engage in:

  • Fake AEPS withdrawals
  • Misuse of customer biometric data
  • Unauthorized money transfer
  • Wallet fraud or chargeback fraud
  • Selling login access to others
  • Misrepresenting Zapurse brand or services

Violation may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.

  1. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Zapurse is not responsible for:

  • Banking system downtime
  • Network failures
  • Server outages
  • Third-party API issues
  • Delayed settlements by banks
  • Financial losses caused by misuse of User’s account

11.2 Zapurse’s liability is limited to the amount directly involved in a disputed transaction.

  1. Account Suspension & Termination

Zapurse may suspend or permanently close any account if:

  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • KYC mismatch occurs
  • User violates compliance guidelines
  • Misuse of platform is reported
  • Non-cooperation in investigations

No refunds will be issued for suspension due to misuse.

  1. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Zapurse may update these Terms & Conditions anytime without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bhopal.
